There is no set pay rate. You get paid depending on how much interaction your posts generate. If it generates a lot of discussion, then you'll get paid more. If it generates none, you won't earn anything. The point for the myLot to reduce its cash out limit to $1 is to let everyone receive it in the least possible time they could make it, rather waiting for $10 to work out which will take them a longer period of time.
