I think I'm going to make my registration on TFW, the only thing I don't know is if they have the same restritions about the english profiency as Post loop.

They like posts of between 3-5 full lines. I'd recommend doing at least 4 sentences per post, but at least a couple with a few more lines.
Try to be as engaging as possible. Threads that create discussion are good (I usually ask a question in the title to get people talking, but make sure you add some content inside the post). For replies, try to add something that will keep the conversation going.
