It is so terrible that I misplaced my charger yesterday and I got depressed. It could be positive though as it provides an outlet for introverts to keep their sanity.

So many people find solace in their mobile devices and are almost attributing their state of mental stability to their devices. Mobile devices through social media have put lots of pressure on people and made them depressed.

I have learned that excessive mobile device usage can lead to a decrease in gray matter in the brain, which is responsible for processing information. This can result in a shorter attention span and difficulty with cognitive tasks.

We are becoming too addicted to the point that whenever we do not have access to our smart devices, we tend to feel like we have nothing to do with our lives, we feel depressed.

We need to consider the long-term effects of excessive mobile device usage on brain health. While it may seem like increased usage leads to improved reasoning and productivity in the short term, research suggests, there can be negative consequences over time. It's always a good idea to find a balance, and limit screen time to maintain cognitive function and overall well-being.

Many people find mobile devices addiction as a respite for depression. They easily play games south their mobile phones when they are depressed. And end up coming out of the depression.
