5G Technology.

Postby sweerie_banana » 04 Dec 2023, 08:08

The fifth generation of mobile networks, 5G, provides faster data speeds, lower latency, and increased capacity compared to previous generations. It enables new possibilities in communication, entertainment, and industry.

I'm still using 4G on my phone. What are you currently using? Have you upgraded?

I am still yet to use the 4G phones. I believe that 5G phones would be completely worth it based on the reviews I read online. Getting mine next year.

5G phones are 100 euros more expensive than same phone with 4G support. 5G is currently overrated until most area is not covered with 5G signal.

I won't ever agree with anyone that says 5G network is overrated..I have seen someone stream with 5G and the experience was amazing. Not a single attempt of clogging.

I'm also using 4G, hopefully, soon I'll be able to afford one.
Yes, I believe the experience is better with the latest technology as well.

I remember that the 5G network was being termed as an antichrist invention back in 2020. I really want to use it. Some churches are already using it to do their live streaming.

5G has lightning-fast browsing speed. And, yes, the ability to download an entire 2 gigabyte movie in just a minute is truly remarkable.

With 5G, virtual reality and augmented reality would be more real time. That's because it would give so much speed to access VR tools.

When 5G network gets to everywhere, it would all seem as we are traveling at high speed in a virtual world because everything would be so fast.

Apart from the coverage issues, I believe a 5G phone is worth it.

The coverage issues would be resolved very soon. I am sure telecom companies are already working hard to ensure a wider coverage.

We have full 5G coverage in my country but I am yet to get a 5G phone. Those phones are not common yet and do would be very expensive.

You could wait for more affordable options to become available. It's great that your country has full coverage, hopefully more affordable options will become available soon.

The more people starts making use of it, there would definitely be cheaper options. Over here our 4g network is still abit lacking.it would be nice if they perfect that first before anything.

I am sure that in the next three years, the majority of internet users would be on 5G. Same way everyone has moved to 4G.
