My 'Watch Later' (and many of yours, I imagine) started when I would see 4-or-5 videos I want to see on YouTube's front page, so I click 'Add to Watch Later' so I can watch them one at a time; then I'd see 7 or 8 more next time I see the front page. And I don't have TIME to watch all of them before I've got to get off the computer, so I 'WL' more videos than I actually watch.

A few years of that, and now I've got 4,567 videos on my WL Queue!

I am not a fan of YouTube videos. I only watch something that I need for a reason only. It's not among my hobbies to watch videos on YouTube.

I am not a fan of YouTube videos. I only watch something that I need for a reason only. It's not among my hobbies to watch videos on YouTube.

I just let it play on another tab and listen to it while I "work" (posting here, commenting on Facebook & Twitter, playing online-games, etc.).

It's also how I get a lot of the topics I post here!

I have seen that happening with me too..but not on YouTube. I have a watchlist on OTT platforms and a long list of movies that I have on my list. But then it never happens..I never get back to watch them..Each time I get some new interesting videos, I end up watching them and the watchlist has to wait.

I also have queues on 'other platforms' (I'm not sure if they count as OTT---NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, TUBI, a few others my VIZIO smart-TV gives me). And they don't put new listings at the end of the list like they should! If I want to watch 'the video I listed first,' I've got to scroll past dozens/HUNDREDS of later-listed shows!

I do have a pretty big watch later queue in YouTube. I do use it from time to time, where I usually stash away longer YouTube videos that I couldn't find time to watch sometimes, even when 30 minutes of video seem big.

My "watch later" queue on YouTube is probably less than 20 videos because I actually do go back and watch them later. Usually I'll add things when they look interesting but I don't have time to watch them then, or if the kids are in the room and I don't think the content would be appropriate for them.

There were a few years where--if I already had 100 videos in my WL--I'd consider it "Full" and imagine I COULDN'T add anymore

Sure , the watch later feature has been helpful to me as I don't lose any video I am not able to watch at that spot and can always go back to it anytime I wish to watch it, currently having loads of watch later videos on my YouTube

In my case if I like a video or if I feel like I will watch it again I do save i in watch later but then I completely forget about it after some time

I have and the video I put in watch later is still unwatched for 5 years. Which means I dont use the feature at all.

I have a few videos on my watch later list. I watched a few of them and sometimes I reference back to them for my own personal youtube channel. The videos I save are useful tips that help me grow my youtube channel. In the past month I have gained 24 new subscribers. I recently started to make some different videos and they have done very well so I am doing something right

My YouTube "Watch Later" queue is basically a never-ending list. There's just so much good content that keeps getting recommended to me, it's difficult to not add it to my list. The variety and quality of stuff you can find on YouTube is honestly insane.

One genre that I'm really into is video essays. Creators dive deep into different topics and provide such insightful analysis and I end up watching hours long stuff about things I never even heard about. YouTube is like a treasure trove of hidden gems to me currently.

I don't use the WWatch Later List, but I do bookmark videos I want to watch with my browser and keep that list right at the top of my Bookmarks so I don't forget about them. It stays pretty short that way.

I only use youtube when I have an important tutorial I want to learn from.
