Yes, I agree with you. I'm so afraid with online predators. I hope I will never meet such predators in my life .

Of course, I as one of the responsible parent of my growing up kids, do worry about this online predators. I couldn't control my kids while they are using the Net and they might be the victims of this online predators, They might be misled or enticed something exciting for them an in return they would be sexually exploited. Thus, I have controlled my Internet connection that any adult sites are virtually and even totally blocked so that they could be readily accessed by our kids.

What you should be blocking are the elsa gate videos. They can do harm to children more than porn.

that is very wise to have software to block bad sites.
It is also good to know who your kids chat with online.
After watching Chris Hanson show, there was way to many weirdos out there.

I've been around on Internet enough time to learn about it's dangerous, more than 20 years because it's first name was Bitnet. Most people are not aware of these dangers and predators are one of the biggest problems with Internet, especialy if you have a teenager at home. Parents should supervise what their children to on Internet and people who set up dates online should be smart and choose places that are safe (even this is a danger in some ways). I do not set up meetings on Internet unless it is to sell something and I always choose a public place like a forum or a shop where there is CCTV.

Yes always set up meetings in public places. And yes always watch what your kids do online,
if you have kids. But it is also important to be aware where the predators like to hand out at.
We can be happy Chris Hansen is out there busting these bad guys.
