Computer memory in hard discs

Hi Friends,

Today I have checked my hard disks, in D disk the total capacity of the D drive is 213 GB and space available is 43 GB. Why I am getting messages that no space in my hard discs, please share about this in forum.

If you installed Windows on the C: drive, then maybe thats why it says that. Check it to make sure, But if you installed Windows on the D Drive then im not too sure.

I does not know about that window are in "C" drive or "D" drive, is there any way to transfer the files from C to D disc/drive?

C drive is where Windows should be installed. D drive is probably something different like a recovery partition.

Or maybe he has backup of C stored in D, that takes as much space as C as well.

I does not know how to transfer the files in "C" drive to "D" drive, so that I may not get that space trouble in the discs.

Its not a easy task, just uninstall the personal program files and reintsall them in D drive, I think it might help.. do it especially for large programs... You cant do it for windows programs, it may harm your PC.

maybe C partition is full or it may a virus.

Use windows defragger (in-built tool) that should help you a bit.

There may be a hiiden partition of your system on D drive and this make it to occupy this space

Try formatting the D partition, the hdd might be damaged.

you have partitioned the hd? else that may be happening is to have something hidden inside the hd as hidden files windows

You can reinstall windows and format both. then you can rearange the partitions and make C bigger.

Hi uncle, do frequently fragmentation you may get little space, or scan it every day, you computer will be cleaned you get space and virus also will be removed.
