I think they went through the process legitimately and received credible qualifications. Maybe they have other reasons for not doing it right, once. Look who their clients are. Certain situations can produce bizarre ideas. I don't know man.

As I read up about Hyperbaric cosmetic surgery, it is a risky procedure and does some serious complications (mostly related to the brain). It is used for resolving some health issues that cannot be cured by other means. There are oxygen bars in US also as I read but not been deemed good by doctors as stated by mayoclinic.
