Does Facebook still have this 'poke' feature? I haven't seen that button in a long time. What happened, did they remove it? Not that I miss being poked but it's just odd that I haven't even heard anything about poking lately.

I don't know! I do remember the poke option on facebook. I do wonder
what really happened to it. I kind of miss it and it was funny when it was on there.

Its now on a drop down menu on your friend's profile. It is now hidden and you have to reveal it via drop down menu

I am from Croatia, active user every day, but I never saw that option. I think it was only on test mode in some countrys but looks like it was not to attractive for users.

The poke option use to be so relevant in Facebook that a song was created about it.

I cant believe this song is now 9 years old and now the Poke option is now a hidden option you have to manually unlock.

OMG I never even noticed it wasn't there  Very well spotted, @Lussh! The funny thing is I used to get poked by so many people, even strangers. It would really wind me up because I felt it was rude even though it was a virtual poke LOL

Thanks @fergus1234, I looked everywhere I could have imagined. They had all reasons to hide it  but then you say it's all about the clicks.

Websites with high traffic intentionally making their sites harder to use for the sake of those damned clicks.
