What kind of device is it? Desktop? Laptop?

It's possible that the power switch isn't connected to the motherboard properly. It's also possible that there are issues with your power supply.

Your english skills though... Man from what I read your problem must be bad contact between the rubber and the electric board, either you go on youtube and search for tutorials to open the device or you send it to warranty. If you dont have warranty and you can't turn on your device you have nothing to lose in trying to open it...

Find a good tehnician/service and take your computer there or check your power supply yourself.

This is what I recommend, however if you know to fix it yourself then OK.

Why don't you simply search for a tutorial on how to open your PC? Find the button and clean it, put a new rubber and it's ok. If you don't have the skills/your device is on warranty period just take it to a specialist...

It is a computer or laptop?
because if it is a laptop then there's problem on the button, you should go to laptop specialist to check your laptop problem and to repair it

I have an old Dell laptop before it had the same issue as yours. I think the problem was caused by some food residues that got stuck in there. Try not to snack in front of your device

You should probably go to a computer store or something close to you so they can check it out.
