Why RAM s are not taken properly read as it is only 128 and read on it 64 ?

Are you saying that the memory module is labeled as 64 MB and is being read as 128 MB? It's possible that the RAM was mislabeled somehow. Did you buy it new or used? Maybe someone peeled a 64 MB sticker off another module and put it on the 128 MB module, although I can't imagine why someone would want to do that.

i'm not a hardware expert but some said you must multiply that by two.
