Buying a new computer

Postby Alexandoy » 14 Jul 2015, 20:44

Our office is planning to purchase 5 new computers for stand-alone use (no network) and the user is not techie. Mostly for typing purposes, the ideal is having 2 disk drives inside.

What can you recommend for the hardware and the software?

Consider buying a machine with most specifications including good amount of RAM, Big hard drive and a screen resolution that is best for your needs.

I agree. A decent Gaming PC will give great speed and long-term reliability.

Build one instead of buying. Ask Netherrealmer on how to do it and he will give you clue.

Ram is the first thing which you must check also check the processing speed and the cpu made, I just bought a new desktop computer recently but having seen ink on the screen when I brought it back home was a tear so I can't return it back and I have to fix it with extra cost
