Email verification code I believe was there when they added 2FA verification too I think. I didn't get an issue receiving or logging with the code. It's good though but annoying if our ISP have IP address changed every time.

Yes we can use this crypto wallet.

But we can't payout at banks or have any form of financial transaction. Our country does not allow any such financial connection.

If you are US residents you will have no limitations in coinbase services but outside US there are limitations.

Well, I haven't heard from other countries if they are successful registering with Coins.ph but I guess it is possible but the limitation is you can only withdraw to local PH banks and of course, to send to other countries is through the cryptos they offered. I've tried to send Bitcoins and BTC cash from Coinbase to my Coins.ph and works but has very high fees so I opted not to use Coinbase.

Coinbase has very low transaction fees compare to other crypto wallets available. I don't use coinph due to limitations.

I've been thinking about closing my Coinbase account since I'm not able to do an exchange there but I'm yet to find a better wallet.

It depends on your country, check out the wallet that is suitable for your country and subscribe to that.

Are you sure? I found Coinbase in my several microwallets online to be very high in fees in every transaction. But I guess the only way to have low or no fees is through the same network or like Coinbase to Coinbase transfer but outside of the network is not.
