If I'm going to earn online I will be balancing it with different sites if there are not much earnings in one site or focus in a single site which pays better. Although, to get paid better you must have skills and more likely a job online.

Those freelancers are well established in business. They have been doing the perfect jobs and have managed to attract clients trust and which is why many have high ratings due to the work they do. If I was much into freelancing, may be I would be doing the same.. lie lol

Earning online is very hard if we are having a limited time as we will end up earning less.

Plus it is even harder with so much competition because these already established freelancers have won the game for a very long time. You need to be at your best to earn a spot.

I see this this way, you either have to be skilled and professional in the area of your niche to be able to sell services or you've got to get into affiliate marketing.

Earning online is not everyone's cup of tea and that's why many like us fail in the process.

It's encouraging for a site like those having leaderships to have some sort of rewards for the top ones. In other sites, they do have bonuses and such.

Giving bonus to the most active members or those providing quality posts should be encouraged.

The bonus should go to those providing quality posts being active all days may not improve the site ranking as a result of garbage postings.
