Re: Is your enthusiasm to earn online the same as on the day your started?

Postby freelancermariagrace » 31 Oct 2018, 12:53

My enthusiasm and drive to be successful in this field increase each passing day. I have to work harder so I can support not only my needs but the needs of my family as well.

Depends since how many years you are active. I started with great enthusiasm and did extremely well. After almost 10 years I do not now have that enthusiasm. I hope that does not happen to you.

I have been earning online since I retired in September of 2000 and I am even more enthusiastic now than when I started, because I now know with certainty that it can be done.

DO YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE ONLINE THAN YOU DO NOW?
It's NOT going to happen without learning higher paying skills and using them.

Yes but not always you know when you have motivation you'll always be motivated to work more and more harder or rather smarter to meet your bills.

OldGuy wrote:Back when I first started earning from online work, I was actually earning something between $400 to $500 per month and was excited because the earnings increased every month. That was before Adsense changed their system and the earnings suddenly dropped to something around $20 per month, about a year before that site disintegrated. Others commented that their earnings dropped to just a couple dollars a month. I have never seen that kind of revenue since.

As a result, it is nearly impossible to get excited at the earnings available today.

I am active online for the entertainment, not the earnings. If you are not finding something new that keeps your interest, maybe it is time to stir the pot with a load of new topics, or take a break. Sometimes you just need a change for awhile so you can come back with a fresh view.

$400 to $500 - that was an awesome amount!
At times indeed, a break is what can sooth our nerves and we can come out fresher with better ideas.

Sometimes I am only on myLot and hardly visit Forum Coin. This has to change.

What is your story?

Well, in some ways my enthusiasm has increased. This is ably supported by my strategizing certain things in ways that I was not doing back in 2007 when my Online earnings journey seriously started.
And I am toughened quite a bit after a few disappointments- big and small:
Mypage5, Bubblews, Zurker, Literacybase.

My enthusiasm has really gone down compared to when i first started. I keep hoping that it will change but i haven't seen that happen over the years.

In 2015, I did not imagine that I would one day have my own blog. It was possible only when I started working online, I not only earned money to start own blog but also learned blogging techniques. Now I am aiming for an online shop.

No my enthusiasm to earn online is NOT the same as on the day I started because now I am actually earning from my online work. Consistent earning started 2017. I have been trying enthusiastically for almost 10 years. Now that I am earning I am much more enthusiastic.

Currently, I reduced my interaction with my other sites to give more focus on my own blog.

There are exceptions and you are one of them. Keep up and may you reach heights  My impatience is coming in my way :(

I believe what get my motivation up daily is the ease of making money online. It feels good to run my family and still have something going financially for one. It can really be motivating.

Postby UmiNoor » 01 Nov 2018, 03:32

I was really excited when I started to write online. I saw the money growing and that got me really excited and looking forward to write and write. I got even more enthusiastic when I joined Bubblews. The money just grew right before my eyes and I looked forward to writing on Bubblews every morning after I woke up.

But then when Bubblews stopped paying, I got really depressed that I just didn't feel like writing anymore. And right now, I don't really need the money so the enthusiasm to write seem to be waning by the day and I'm also quite busy with my grandson. I now only participate in myLot. And that is also only when I have the time to spare.

@joblessdude It happens specially when sites do not pay even though they owe members. This is the case with LIteracybase. We have been cheated there.

@ptrikha21 Good that you have not strategised and hope to do well. We do get discouraged when sites run away. But there is plenty of fish in the ocean I guess. In my case I am a bit tired as I have worked very hard at countless sites. Hope to get back after a break.

--- 01 Nov 2018, 09:46 ---

@augusta Seems you have found your bearings in getting good sites that pay you All are not good at finding their El Dorado

--- 01 Nov 2018, 09:57 ---

@cmoneyspinner In your case your online writing took you to another vista altogether and that is good for you More power to you.

--- 01 Nov 2018, 10:04 ---

@tuzziget I earned there a good amount in a matter of months but they closed down. I have been on many good earning sites but they are not doing so well now and at the same time I am a bit tired too.
