That's sad to know. You can try again using another browser or you can probably try using your mobile.

Which country are you from if I may ask? one of my referrals from Croatia also found herself staring at this message. She was terribly disappointed. I guess Bitlanders has closed new registrations from a few countries. I still found some one account from Croatia still alive on bits.

I'm interested in this site but I'm going to take my time researching about it. I just checked it today for a bit and still ambivalent about the reward system.

There are two offers for this site and one of them is mine on forum exchange offers. Please check it if you are so inclined. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=24621

Bitlanders has been going down, but it is still viable I guess. They really need to reduce the number of gems to pay for review at these current rates. I hope they do.

It will be hard if only I will rely on doing the viewing stuff. I hope I can have time to learn how to blog the right way.

The earnings have halved. There are various problems on the site that hasn't been resolved and seems like a lot of changes are happening too. But no announcements as of now.

Videos haven't been uploading for almost a month now. They don't seem to want to do anything about it. I have no clue what that is about.

Only way to earn right now is to blog and get three or more stars.

The success of the site also depends on its members. While the site is giving us a platform to earn, it is but proper that we do our part. But how? We know for the fact that a site earns more if they have more visitors. More visitors mean more clients and more clients means more earnings.

So, how can a site get more visitors?
1. High-quality contents
2. Users should continuously share their contents in different social media
3. Continuous interaction with fellow members.
4. Following the rules

A decrease in increase can happen to any site. We as members have a great contribution. Hope we can do our part.

That would be true for any site. The site gives us a platform to write and the site also earns, its a business proposition.

To ensure high quality content they have a reward system in place which is good.

The rest is up to each individual.

Members also have a duty to report violation.

However the site admins don't seem to care when people blatantly violate the rules, they don't care even if you report. This may also be common with many sites as well. But this is what kills most sites.

Agreed members misuse platforms- but isn't that why admins are there for.

There are a couple of bugs I have reported and they have been denying that there is a problem, finally yesterday after sending so many screen shots of the issue they finally sorted out the issue.

No one denies it is a good site but it can be much better.

The truth is it is still viable but traffic has been down for sometime now.

The site is going through some problems at the moment. That is the reality.

Those issues are beyond our control. We just hope that they can find a solution to whatever issue they are facing. Perhaps that's the reason why Jean left the site already. Personally, I like the site and for me, it is the best site I came across online. It's an old site, I think 10 years or so.

The viability or the trustworthiness of the site is not being questioned or debated.

However, in the current scenario when every site around us is failing I guess there are fears. That is pretty natural.

The site has stood the test of time alright, but then what is happening at the moment is causing even people like Jean to leave and does not do much for anyone's confidence.

When we review something we need to look at the pros and cons.

When things are put out there it makes it easy for people to voice their concerns and decide what they want to do.

I would still say that I would hang around because it is still the best opportunity at this moment, at least for me.

I may not have made great progress there, but I am getting the hang of it by trial and error.

It is one site that is worth your time in the current scenario. Once you get a hang of how it works you will be able to earn well, much more than what you earn in 3-4 sites put together. But you've got to put in the effort and for newbies like me it is quite a bit of effort, but it is easing out now.
