YES its very slow but it used to pay and still paying but from some time it has gone very slow, so many are doubting if it will shut down

Yes you can do it indirectly but within the TOS. I have yet to see a member getting banned though for any reason so far but respecting the rules is always beneficial. I suggest you do it as suggested in the FAQ of the site which clearly allows you to put your ref-links in right places.

Virily pays in the end of the month so we need to wait about 16-18 more days to see if they are paying or not

I haven't checked my earnings as now we can't directly see it, which I don't thing is fair, we should have direct access to our earnings.

Virily is paying but they pay in the end of the month so you need to be more patient to be able to earn from virily
