If you cannot use PayPal, you cannot earn on Hubpages, if you cannot use Stripe, you cannot get paid by Vocal or even Medium. These sites are certainly great sites but they have limitations for people in the developing world.

Indeed they do. I wid there is a way to work around the limitations. OR ... ??? Maybe people in those countries can develop similar platforms. I don't know if that's possible. I'm just throwing it out there.

That is a very discouraging amount of money to make on a particular platform . Very discouraging.

There were lot of other writers too who said their earnings is ridiculously low on Hubpages. And they have the minimum threshold of $50, which is almost impossible for people to reach.

Quora has been a good platform from the beginning. The ability to earn from your activity was not always a feature. But since they are trying to monetize the platform and share their earnings, give it a try! Once again, my only complaint is that they use Stripe. Even though I have access to Stripe, I would prefer it if they had other payment processing options.

If you still have to struggle hard even to earn a few cents, why do you have to waste your time on third party sites, why not build your own sites?
