Re: Are you happy with internet banking?

With paypal it's good to change your password often. I did have a problem once and paypal warned me so that I could change my password and since then it's been fine.

To be honest I don't understand a lot about hackers. I feel that my current account is safe, I check it frequently and have never had a scare although I do think about it from time to time.

i like onle banking because it enables me to check my balance even I am away from atm machines. I am also able to know if I received money that I tranfered from my paypal. I can see the interests and taxes I gained and deducted, respectively, with out even asking the bank for a copy of statement of account. There ate lot of reasons why I like online banking.

But I was once a victim before when my account lost its balance. I did not even trace that activity from my account. The bank could not and did not trace it.

This is a great move. You shouldn't give information to anyone. Nice job. Thats what I was talking about.. if we guys don't reveal many informations about us hackers won't be able to crack our accounts that easy...

So far I'm satisfied with internet banking its hassle free and and not time consuming, we must be extra careful though in using it. Changing password from time to time is a must.

do you mean a complete online bank that has no building too or do you mean the online website of a brick and mortar institution? I would think a bank already established with a building would be safer although both use computers

In my country we can choose to log in with either a physical card reader (so you need to have your card right next to you) or to log in through your phone with a 6-digit code, so we don't have passwords as you would have with your Facebook account. But you have a point, you should make it a routine to change important passwords every so often.

I'll do it anyway. I only have a Paypal account. I never had any issue there yet. Online banking is the easiest way for me.

I am happy and very excited to have online banking. Its makes our life very very easy and make us not to worry about lossing cash when carrying money in pocket. Talking about hacker it depends on how secure you make your account and also the bank whom you choose. Use banks with high security features.

Hi,
My friend until now I still using Internet Banking without any related problem. It's safe and if you only use your private mobile phone you won't risk on getting hacked or something.

Have a nice day

that's good application of technology! Currently, we only have the usual banking with ATM cards and passbooks. Some also uses mobile load to transfer money. This advancement really helps us to have a better life and peace of mind with our money.

Internet banking eases life. Imagine making a transaction from your home and paying your supplier just like that. Me I like it besides the fact that we must be vigilant since many hackers make use of the system and end up using our money.
