I have just brought my Hubpages account back to life. I am thinking in terms to write one there too. Why not/ I have a lot of time available to me so why not?

Welcome to the Club. Last time I wrote article that was 2015. I am still WRITING. And yet to publish the content. Old content is earning but I don't want to push my luck too much.

I am getting more into writing again. So I think I will try to write on hub pages. I also keep writing for vocal. But Key thing for each site is to be able to earn a lot of money.

No I can't. I never did the math. I have about 20 HUBs and every 3 months or so, I received $50 via the HP Google Ad Sense revenue-share plan.

That is not bad are those hub that just sit there and you earn without any promotion? I might have to give this site a try if that is the case.

Haha, I did almost 300 hubs on this site but earned nothing. First I did not know this site was for earning and when I tried an Adsense account it disappeared in about 2 months' time. One of my real friends supported me so much that did the trick. She clicked at every advert available on my pages. Google disabled my account before I could reach $100.

OK. At one point in time, writers used to associate their Ad Sense account with their HUBs. But HP changed all of that. Now it's just the HP Ad Sense account and then HP shares the revenue. When you sign in to your account you can click on the Earnings / Ad Program Summary and see how much your HUBs earn.

It's perfectly alright though when I joined Hubpages, I did not know about the earning part of it. But the fact is the level of interaction kept me glued to the site which was my reward for sure. The Hubpages taught me a lot many things which worked wonders in other sites that I joined later.

hubpage will receive all of the adsense earnings from you and pay a percentage revenue share of your earnings to you in PayPal, am I right ?
but for Amazon associates programs there, I don't know how it works

I promote my HUBs via my social media. I also pop around to other HUBs, leave comments and usually the HUBBERS will visit my HUBs. But right now HP is having a problem because it seems like when they switched to their new system, people can not leave comments anymore. I hope they fix that soon!

That is a good idea with commenting and posting on social media. I might do the same thing. I will give this site a try even though I am doing pretty well on a couple sites right now already.

If you have ideas and patience to write articles. You can write like 2000 word article on hubpages, make sure it gets SEO traffic and then just watch the money. More quality you write, the better conversion you do with money.

in fact, hubpage already has a scoring system to guide and restrict you in writing good quality articles before you can publish, but getting a passing score is not easy

You can also earn on vocal without being active a lot of my posts went viral last month and keep earning daily but now I know what to write more about, then promotion is heavy now with me. I am going to give Hugpages a try to see if I can earn something good.

Everything that @skysnap, @jackchun and @MysticMoons said ... LISTEN!! They are steering you in the right direction. Both sites are good. It's just that I've been with HUBPages longer and have had more success there.

Which is good too. Because that way you realize that you have rushed job made ahead of you. Something which you should avoid considering rushed jobs affects your quality.
