I don't understand this post very well because if someone repost a video on YouTube channel you might commit offence of trying to copy and paste. However, I have a YouTube channel but is there any application or websites to make someone earn if repost any favourite video?

You don't repost the video, you just post a link to it and add keywords and description.

There is no way to predict how popular a video is going to be for sure, but I would think Bikini Babe Shorts would do well.

I am using a desktop myself. A screen comes up to input the Video URL, Description, Keywords, Primary Language, Pin Code they give you and Submit. Once it is approved, a button clears the inputs for the next submission. Simple and quick.

Again, a slight misuse of the word "Earn"; but 'how much money you can be given for it' is a function of 'how much The Sponsors pay The Site-Owner to have you watch the videos' & 'how Generous the Site-Owner is to the watchers who earn HIM-or-HER the money.'
