Thank you for clarifying this, we were all in doubts about it. At first, I thought I could post 3 posts within an hour no matter the time, but now I understand why some posts weren't credited.

Yes, it happen with me yesterday, one of my posts wasn't credited, I thought I was correct about the hour but probably I wasn't.
