Re: Are there ever warning signs that a site will fail?

After Twitchfollows case, the long delay of payment is the first warning sign of a site that will fail. The second is the lack of response back to their website members emails. And thirdly, no announcements about lots of changes going on in their website.

We should be careful when we are seeing delays in payment from any website or absence of admin without any information

Poor website design that looks very unprofessional is also a huge red flag that the site can't be trusted. And, lots of Grammer and spelling mistakes is another factor to be kept in mind before joining an earning website.

One sign that a site might fail is when you redeem and you do not get the redemption. There was a site that was good for a while. All of a sudden they did not honor the redemption. The message would say check back in 24 hours.

When members found a way to cheat the system, it leads to doom of the site if admins wont find a way to stop it.

One unique feature of an about to failed site is one with a hiding admin. Nothing on the site points to the owner details or little of information about the admin. They can hardly disclose any information about themselves and the delay payment after a while.

There are sites are pretty fair and will pay all their members before they close. Earnthatbuck was one site that did and I have a feeling DigitalGlobal did too when it closed. When a site pays its member, even if it fails, people are always happy to go back if it reopens.

One of the first signs that a site is going to close down soon is if you notice that the admin/owners begin to lose interest and start remaining absent for long periods of time. That is when you should just take what you have and quit!

As others said,Too many change in policies within a short period of time and the plight of admins may be a sign that a site is going towards its downfall.

But,I think, the importance given to content and quality work and the retention of valuable members makes the site stand out against many odds.

I think once a site cuts pay or makes excuses not to pay, it's a sign the site will go down.

Not paying is one sure sign that a site will fail. There are two sites right now that have stopped paying. One site does not respond to emails and the other provided an explanation for the delay on social media. They are placing the blame on their provider.

Sometimes delayed payment from the site is one of the sign that a site would shut down.
