today I eat chappati and vegetable of cowly flower, In English chatni calles souce.

For today's lunch, I had a chicken sandwich, french fries, and milkshake since have been craving for fries since last week.

I have prepared Methi Chapathi,,,, I have added grated carrots, caraway seeds, cumin seeds, along with fenugreek greens to the wheat flour dough for nutrition. For side dish fresh home made curd, and home made mango pickle.

At lunch, I had vegetable soup and beef in the oven with mashed potatoes. In the desert, a cake made in five minutes in the microwave.

Our lunch for today was mixed vegetable soup and pork steak. Rice is always present in our table. I would just want to say that people like us who can still eat three meals in a day, in a situation like this (lockdown due to Covid-19), are very fortunate. We should be thankful.

Today in lunch I eat vegetable which I don't like, but I have 2 sauces, coconut and coriander leaves, so it make easy to have lunch

We had pork sinigang cooked by my sister-in-law. It's one of my son's favorite dishes and I love it too!
