I haven't had that, but sometimes when I want a quick meal I have pasta with tuna. It's very easy and quick to cook and I do hope it is reasonably healthy.

I have an aunt who always has prepared pasta with tuna! I have orzo in my pantry and a bunch of tuna too! I have got to prepare a batch this week!

I still have a huge box of small individual packets of rice.

The rice is Seville yellow rice.

Do you know of such rice?

I love rice but I've now decided to cut right back on my rice and pasta intake. I've gained so much weight in the last couple of years that HAS to go in 2026. Usually, when I cut out carbs, my weight falls right off. Sadly, I simply CAN'T live without regular bread even though it's packed full of nasty ingredients
