I thought that the most recent recipe was a winner...peanut butter and noodles! The marriage of protein and carbs. People always argue with me that protein is needed for energy. I argue that we need carbs for energy! I need to return to the drawing board!

are the ingredients easy to find
are the ingredients inexpensive
is the recipe easy to prepare

I have so much trouble eating meat these days any suggestions to replace that for 15 forum coin? I do tend to take in a lot liquid water energy and milk and ornage juice.
