For me though i do not think there is a specific age for one to marry, though i believe it would be best to not rush into marriage. Before getting married, make sure you know are mentally prepared before that and as well you are financially stable.

Young people can he really mature to handle marriage. The only point it is challenging is financial responsibilities. I get scared when I know that diapers are very expensive nowadays.

But still isn't common in young persons compare to adults , I just believe when young people if that age get married ,apart from financial responsibilities there is a higher chance of misunderstanding .

Most people my age who are married are currently suffering with the inflation. I am single and my parents had pressured me to marry multiple times and I declined because I do not want to waste my 20s trying to raise children. I want to spend my 20s trying to get rich, Live a fun bachelor lifestyle and be free from responsibilities. A lot of people starts getting married on their 30s and 40s where they are more financially stable and mentally mature. My cousin who got married at age 17 is crying from financial problems right now and asked me to lend him some cash.

I know there are some women who wants to get married on their 20s because women's fertility is limited but if your career is doing well, You will be rich enough to preserve your eggs and hire a surrogate.

A couple of things here-
One- getting married and having kids are separate things. You can plan to have kids without getting married, or plan to get married without having kids.
Two- I get that not having kids saves money, but why do you think marrying later will save you money?
Three- It is not just women whose fertility is affected by age. If older men father children, the chances of the children having various congenital problems goes up. Also, not everybody would be willing to hire a surrogate even if they could afford to.

Good health is not guaranteed just by clean living. You could still get sick (sometimes it's just bad luck) or get in an accident and find yourself paralysed or whatever.

Saying that most rapists and murderers have teenage parents is a big claim, and you haven't provided any proof of it. I'm not doing the research for you unless I get a lot more bored than I am right now (and I am at home sick, so who knows?). The link you gave only talks about the connection with abuse, but the one doesn't necessarily follow from the other. If you're a psych grad you should be able to do better than that as far as giving evidence for claims you make.

Through my own studies I did learn about risk factors and protective factors when it comes to child abuse. Poverty was listed as a risk factor, as was having parents who had separated or who were in the process of separating (nothing about the age of the parents). However they stressed that no one risk factor will necessarily lead to abuse, and no one protective factor will necessarily prevent it, so you have to look at the whole context of the child's life.

Idle googling brings up a few articles about teen mothers being the *victims* of abuse, which isn't great, but doesn't support what you were saying either.

That's right I agree with you. Because many households have been destroyed due to economic problems and do not have good and stable finances.

When I got married, I was 21 and my wife was 19. We married 3 months after we met. It was tough in the first year but once I got a steady job with the shop, We had our first daughter and then a few years later we had our second daughter. In 2001 we bought our first house and sold it 4 years later. In 2006 we bought our second house and we had a rough patch but made it through. Then the flood took the house and we did not have flood insurance so it was considered a foreclosure. We have been married 32 years and still going strong.
