Is linxpays scam or legit site? Well it is hard to tell for now, site is just launched and have no paypal but have all other processors.

1) You have to upgrade (pay money) to wihdraw?!
2) 0,02 eurocents per click? that's very high for a PTC
3) Don't forget, that most scam sites payed at the beggining to become trusted before they scammed their members.

I'm not going to bother with this, and I advice you to not too.

as a standard member you can earn € 0.3180 without referrals, referrals can buy if you want and 1 referral costs (€ 0.7500 per referral)!
I myself paid the annual membership fee of 24 euros for level 4 and I was earning daily without referrals 33 Ads • € 1.5900 per day!
I have 19 rented referrals and they all work! I do not have direct referrals as you would see in the picture above!
Look, I am not just now that you screw up, or something! I just gave a suggestion to help you if you want, if you do not want anything to anyone! It is not my intention that i try to screw somebody!
The truth is that if you want to withdraw money that you need to upgrade! I did not invent this rule! If you do not have money, then at least you can upgrade to level 1 for 7 dollars, which is nothing! I know that no one has the money but I risked last of my money to work, believe me I've tried all sorts of things, this has to do !!

Friend, I wrote above that I still do not have a payment because constantly invest and how to get the money so i buy referrals that applies to really click for you!
I can make the payment but then so I'm losing all my referrals and do not want to because so and I lose the money I invested! You have 500 referrals, or when you make a payment then you lose your referrals and you have to re-invest! That's what I learned now! Look I do not make the rules, and I do not mean anyone screw with it! Payments I posted above, these are the pictures of my friends with the group on Facebook! Can you send more evidence but I still I will not make my payment because I do not want to lose everything I've ever made!

Today I purchased 4 more referrals and very quickly I will recover invested!
Look at the pictures! The first image is that up when I post an ad today and this is now when I purchased 4 referrals and see that I am not cheating! Just look at the pictures and check that everything is as it was except for the state of rented referrals and state of the balance!

I don't know how I feel about this one. Scam Adviser says it may not be safe to use. There are random payment proofs floating around with a Google search though so it is hard to tell really. I don't know how I feel about this because the rate seems high to me for clicking ads, higher then usual which makes me feel skeptical.
