I never heard about cashback if you buy from fivver or fiverr. It is a site where you advertise your expertise. If you buy his works then you will be robbed $5. I dont think its worth it to try.

This method does work and I've seen many people become successful at this. but the down side is that it'll be about a month before you get credited and then you can withdraw that money. But still, it's a good opportunity.
