An uneven referral is every uneven-numbered referral you bring in. So, for example, if you joined the program and got 5 referrals, you would get to keep referrals 1,3 and 5. While referrals 2 and 4 would be passed up to your sponsor.

This passing up of even referrals is actually the smart bit of this compensation plan because it does 2 vital things for you:

1) it actually motivates your sponsor to help you out (especially at the beginning to get you referrals, to break even and to get into profit...and of course to learn how to use the tools that the program gives you when you join.

2) it also grows your own referral list (and thus your own monthly residual income)

It is not possible to oversell this. It's a great system and it works in conjunction with any business.

And remember, ONE referral will make you break even...
