I'm mostly thrilled about making topics in the tutorial section.
Do you mind giving me a hint of what kind of tutorials are welcomed and how should they be done properly?

The best way to get an accurate guide for starting out is to read the FAQ and guideline pages. There are specific guidelines provided at or near the top of each section.
The Articles and Tutorials section includes all the guidance you will need to begin. Be sure to review them and follow directions before making an application.

The approval process is manual. Either Fergal or Cyberfreak will review your application, and as long as you followed directions, their reply is usually within minutes of their review. There could be a brief delay until one or the other logs in to review requests but it is unusual for that to be longer than one day.
As for payment proof, Take a read on
ForumCoin Payment and Gift Confirmations
viewtopic.php?f=26&t=181&hilit=proof+payment
Currently listing 82 pages of member reports of payments received.
Hope that answers your questions satisfactorily.

I've contacted Cyberfreak for you to ask that he directly respond to this topic with added guidance.
