What do you do on a foggy day?

Postby Gayathri Ganesan » 30 Sep 2015, 17:52

During winter, in the midst of a thick fog, I like to drive with the fog lamps on. On a cold day, I enjoy the chillness in the weather and go for a long drive in the fog relishing that smoky thing around me. Does any one else feel like me?

I don't like to drive in the fog if I can help it, very dangerous if you can not see that good. I much rather be home in it. We don't get much fog here , so that is a good thing , but driving over a bridge when there is fog is very dangerous, always lots of accidents.

I really hate driving in fog or in any bad weather conditions. If the roads are icy I will often get my partner to drive me somewhere I need to go as he doesn't mind. Thankfully we don't get too much fog where I live so it isn't a problem. I think you're rather brave to go out driving in fog!

Each time is an evening in which virtually no you can not go that feel the mist as you include and make you lose your balance, the right are terrified because they no longer breathe very well when in the midst of fog........

I enjoy fog . When we were in Delhi. If i open the door in the morning, our gate will not be visible . The entire space between the door and the gate will be covered with thick fog and the weather is chill too. Often i get cold bites . Since the fog is so dense, lot of accidents takes place in the main road nearby. So all the vehicles will repeatedly blow horns while moving as an indication that some vehicle is coming. But generally we do not go out in the fog unless it is unavoidable

if I'm able and I don't need to go to work I would simply stay at home and watch movies or try to earn money online

Watch a movie (old espionage or Sherlock Holmes are great those days) or I grab some hot coffee and a big book. And phone goes silent ... ;)

we don't get much fog, sometimes we do and its strange like being in a bowl of cotton or a mist. the headlights aren't much help so you have to drive slow to watch out for people or other drivers

Fog in my town is something one must avoid. On foggy days there is no one on the street, because it is so hard to breathe. I am staying at home on foggy days. Make myself a pizza and read a good book.

It's only foggy in our place before the daylight and can't see them because I regularly wake up in the morning late.

On foggy day I like to stay at home with my family, making dinner for us and watching some good movie or read some interesting book.

* * Will have to swap out foggy day for rainy day. In Austin, Texas we don't get much fog. To be honest, I love jumping into bed and curling up under the covers doing nothing!

I love foggy days to stay at home watching movies on the sofa. I usually light the fireplace and choose a good movie to watch.
