I dont think it is good to exercise before sleeping because one should do the exercise early in the morning , that too in empty stomach but water is allowed. or 1 1/2 hours after break fast , or 5 hours after lunch and no exercise after dinner. If you do the exercise in the empty stomach , the result will be good
