This is a unique flat bread as thin as the onion skin. I do not think I will have the patience to make it We had it for the party I had a couple of days ago, to eat with chicken curry

I like Rumali roti. Glad you enjoyed it at your party. You're right, It does require some patience to make, but the end result is fulfilling.

We have similar dishes in America, and I only eat them if someone else makes them. I don't have the patience either. :lol:

This is quite an interesting one. I have eaten it only a few times.
It is difficult to make and needs special skills.
Now I am thinking of having it after may be some weeks.
It is good with Curry dishes - veg or non veg.
