We have similar dishes in America, and I only eat them if someone else makes them. I don't have the patience either.

Even the ordinary chapatis do not fluff up when I make them.

This is quite an interesting one. I have eaten it only a few times.
It is difficult to make and needs special skills.
Now I am thinking of having it after may be some weeks.
It is good with Curry dishes - veg or non veg.
