I resort to many methods to keep my memory going and one such is playing cards

I have a digvital folder full of card games and whenever I get bored I play those games. Apart from providing a bit of entertainment it helps me keep my memory going One has to remember all those 52 cards which have been played, which have not been played and who holds those cards.

These days I mostly play Hearts card classic which helps me sharpen my memory


What's your weapon to sharpen your memory?

Playing Hearts is a very good strategy for memory because it forces you to remember previous moves and cards. I like to use puzzles like sudoku and crosswords because they challenge the brain and build focus. Also, reading books and trying to recall details without looking again is a great exercise for the brain. Your memory becomes sharper the more you do these activities regularly.

I just play a survival horror video game because it improves my hand and eye coordination, and the puzzles also help my memory to be sharp, and I love killing monsters.

Have heard about Sudoku but I have yet to try I play Wordle every day and do eat a few things that improve my memory
