Garbage Management

Postby bestwriter » 09 Oct 2025, 00:25

I am totally satisfied with the manner in which our Government here is handling garbage.

There is door to door collection garbage. We are expected to sort out wet and dry garbage. The dry garbage is collected once a week but the wet garbage is collected on six days in the week.

I really do not know what they do with this garbage but it is such a boon for us that we no longer have to take care of it

In my case I do not part with the wet garbage as I put it in compost pits and create my own compost

If there is a company in your country, I'm not sure if this government supports them. They are able to turn plastic waste into bricks for building houses. Imagine if those bricks was used around the whole world. The number of trash will reduce.

They must be recycling it. Making bricks from plalstic waste seems a good idea. Even using it as filler material in properties seems a good idea. I have this Love Seat that has its foundation using solid garbage which is forotified with cement/ I have done the same with the waterfall reservoir

It is encouraging to see the government managing sanitation in a modern way. The door-to-door waste collection service is a great solution to environmental challenges. Separating wet and dry waste also shows the responsibility of the citizens.

Although we do not know where this waste is sent, it is a great comfort to know that it is not left at home. This removes the burden of daily cleaning and brings peace of mind. If the government maintains this system, the environment will remain safe and clean.

You putting wet waste in compost pits is a good example of contributing to the environment. That is a unique and exemplary step. I would also like to try this method at my home.

Creating one's own compost is better than using artificial fertilizers

Scientists are even able to create worms and mushrooms that eat plastic. But, you know, they are afraid of releasing them for some unknown reason.

Making your own compost is a great idea. You use kitchen and garden scraps that would otherwise be thrown away. This compost helps the soil become fertile without harsh chemicals. It's also a way to save money and reduce waste. Even though it's a little work, the benefits are huge.

Industrial fertilizers sometimes damage the soil and affect plants in the long run. If you start using natural ones, you'll see a slow but lasting change. Many people don't know that even banana peels have power. Don't wait until you're a big farmer to start. Start with just one pot of soil.

Honestly speaking, here government don't provide regular facilities to collect garbage. Here we hired some people to do this and we all pay them. Government people visit here to do so but very rarely.
