There are some high elevation passes where oxygen levels are less.
Plus inclement weather and some tricky roads.
Yet one also gets to see some very out of the world and beautiful views, like in this picture.

Thanks for sharing It's gorgeous but my, those roads! I'd be absolutely terrified Lord, and it looks like it's absolutely FREEZING.

These are great and beautiful in terms of scenery, but with some very tricky roads.
