Innocent Addictions

Postby Spontaneo » 08 Apr 2025, 07:50

Do you have an innocent addiction?

Myself? I am a carb lover and sweet tea monster. Without the 2 I am miserable and gorge.

I only drink on special occasions and do not do drugs. So if I want some carbs and sweet tea, I allow myself.

How about you?

I think the only innocent addiction i have is that i always want to learn something new. Am always eager to know how something is done, if that can even be called an addiction.

Always wanting lo learn something new can be an addiction, but an innocent addiction and that's a good thing.

My addiction right now is Kimchi. It makes me feel heathier after eating. I know its only placebo effect but I just feel good and guiltless after eating it

The following is the only recipe that I understand for kimchi.

One person even said that they have even just prepared with simply cabbage and onion.

I do not understand most of the kimchi recipes that I have researched. reddit was the easiest I guess.

Kimchi is awesome.

Not necessarily just placebo effect either, since fermented foods are good for your gut.

I don't make my own. You can make it out of cabbage, radish or cucumber.
