The way I'm looking at it: Employees are employers' rented machines. I think about that as I listen to S.T. mention that workers only do less than 3 hours of work within their 8-hour workday---I'm thinking, 'Yeah, but don't you want your workers AT THE OFFICE during the 8 hours that contain their 3 hours of work?'
And I think of the infamous offices that encourage employees to NAP
