Oculus Rift

Today was announced that Oculus Rift will start shipping in Q1 2016. If you don't know, Oculus Rift is a virtual reality headset. Are you excited for the release? What do you think about virtual reality gaming? Have you had an opportunity to try it? I did try Oculus once on a local flight simulator but it was just an interactive video and Oculus wasn't personally configured for me so I had sort of a double vision on the middle while the sides were fine. Wasn't a good experience but I think the application wasn't the best and like I said, they didn't allow me to configure the Rift so I'm still hyped for the future.

Pewdiepie plays a lot of Oculus Rift. Personally, I haven't tried it yet, but it looks pretty cool.

It looks awesome. I want one, but I've been waiting for the proper release. Can't wait.

I'd love to be able to use this, but my experience so far with the Oculus Rift headset is extreme nausea  I really wanted to use this to play flight sims and especially for playing War Thunder, but I didn't even last 5 minutes on my last attempt with the headset on

That should improve with time as the screen gets better resolution and higher refresh rate. It also takes some to get used to it. The more you use it, the more will your brain adapt and you'll stop getting nausea.
