Lot of people in my neighborhood going outside they dont follow the quarantine protocol.

In my city they are telling people to wear masks. If they don't obey it's possible they may have to pay a hefty fine.
For the life of me I don't know why people have to be threatened to look out for themselves and for others.

I went to buy some grocery with the mask on, many people were staring at me and my mask like If I'm the one who is going to give them the infection.
