For a few minutes today, I attempted to do a scrap fabric wreath but just could not do it.

Then, I attempted a velvet coloring, but just could not do it.

I give up. I am not creative!

Do you have any experience with this before hand? If no then it will definitely take some time for you to actually get it.

That sounds lovely. Do you make them for yourself or to sell? Do you have any photos of those that you can share?

Right now I'm making them for myself as a bit of an experiment, but ideally I'd love to sell them once I get the hang of making them. My dream is to own my own cute accessory store.

Here's a couple WIP shots I took, I've covered the two "chocolates" in clear polish since these were taken, and they're looking a lot better lol

If it is something you would like to do, don't give up on it. Most of us underestimate the time it takes to develop a skill. When we expect too much too quickly, it is easy to give up. If you work on it, even for a very short time, but do it everyday, you might surprise yourself with the results you achieve over time.

My mother really enjoys doing "diamond painting" which is like colour-by-numbers with little sticky gems. They turn out really good! Even though she gets sore she just takes a break and does it every now and then when she has some down time. Maybe you could try a more heavily guided craft like that? It's hard to mess up hahaha

My roommate and some friends do diamond art painting! Way too difficult. Last week at bingo, I won a tote/purse with diamond art painting on the the prize!

That tote must look so nice with the diamond art design. I’ve seen people do diamond painting and it looks amazing, but bit hard with all those tiny pieces.

I could never do diamond art. What I like to do is gift jars. For example, mani/pedi gift jars. Place a little shred in the jar with some nail polish and other small supplies. Place a bow on top or tie a ribbon around.
