This morning, I prepared a pitcher of peanut butter and jalapeno jelly smoothies! Yes, I licked the peanut butter spoon!

When was your last smoothie? Do you or don't you have teeth?

Today I am having Red Rose Lemonade Smoothies. However, I am blending some peanut butter in the smoothies also. Peanut butter makes the smoothies filling. No empty calories!

I do not use milk. I use water. However, if I wanted milk, I have ultra skim fat free milk, 80 calories for 8 ounces.

I was able to get another Chocolate & Peanutbutter milkshake! It seriously might be the best milkshake flavour in the entire world. Life changing, honestly. Already excited for my next one.

What chocolate do you use? I always use water. Milk would be divine! I do use milk for my homemade eggnog though.

Today, I had 2 glasses of chocolate peanut butter smoothies.

I broke down and used milk instead of water!

I mixed fat-free skim milk with peanut butter and Girl Scout chocolate thin mint cookies.

Tasted delicious! I am going to prepare such smoothies every week!

You might not have Girl Scout cookies, but any mint chocolate cookie can be used. Even Peppermint Patties.

Lately, I have been preparing Cookies and Cream smoothies and actually with milk! Simply toss Oreo cookies into a blender filled with milk then press the "smoothie" button!

Delicious!

Re: Smoothies, Milkshakes and Slushies

I am now preparing milkshakes with milk! My roommate complained yesterday about buying more milk. What am I supposed to do? My next tooth extraction is tomorrow and I need to be prepared! My dentist is off until the Spring. He only pulls one each visit. I do not know if the substitute dentist is going to pull one or all three that are left. I have been weening myself off of my favorites, such as air fryer bread pizza and am not happy.

If milk with milkshakes keep myself happy and healthy, than my roommate needs to understand. Right?

Today, I am planning on having 4 strawberry peanut butter protein shakes! Simple, simply blend:

strawberry jelly
peanut butter
eggs
milk
cookies

What do you think?

I have strawberry, grape, jalapeno, etc. jelly to rotate and various cookies to rotate such as vanilla wafers, Girl Scout thin mints, chocolate chip and Oreos to bulk up.

Good?

My strawberry peanut butter protein shakes have been delicious! I have been drinking such shakes for quite a few days, crushing vanilla wafers in such shakes.

When was your last milkshake and what flavor?

Today, I had 2 strawberry peanut butter protein shakes. I had planned on drinking sweet tea instead but changed my mind. I have been drinking my homemade protein shakes like a mad woman!

Such batch contained crushed Christmas cookies that were leftover from the holidays. My roommate has a relative who works at a bakery.

Today, I am going to prepare a pitcher of homemade chocolate peanut butter protein shakes! I cannot wait!

My roommate is not upset about how much milk that I use which is a blessing.

We buy a bulk canister of hot chocolate from Sam's Club.

Jif creamy peanut butter is cheap anywhere.

My eggs come from a local egg farmer. I receive 2 cartons per week.

Quite often, I toss in a few cookies.

On occasion, I use a dash of extract.

I am going to start including oats soon.

;) ;)

I have started using 3 tbsp of peanut butter in my pitchers of protein shakes instead of 2 tbsp. I found to be much creamier and tastes delicious.

By the way, I ended up preparing peanut butter vanilla protein shakes as opposed to chocolate peanut butter protein shakes. I blended:

fat-free skim milk
eggs
peanut butter
vanilla wafers

Today I prepared 2 pitchers of Tea Smoothies!

Frugal and nutritious!

In your blender, simply.

black tea
milk
sweetener of your choice (I used 2 packets of zero-calorie sweetener)

Pour into a pitcher and place in the fridge to chill!

To be honest with you, the tea smoothies are not all that good.

So, today, I prepared almost a whole gallon pitcher of good old-fashioned homemade protein peanut butter and jelly smoothies!

How about you?
