I just might move to the US because I know that in as much as there is going to be tight border scrutiny the fact still remains that if you follow the right procedure then you are going to get equal opportunity. I just need to get my NEBOSH certification then I can travel.

The thing about Trump is that he strives and feeds on persecution, if he was not persecuted then he probably would have lost.

Nobody owes anybody an apology. It's proper protocol. The candidate who lost calls the candidate and says Congrats! blah blah blah. The old president leaves, the new president takes the oath and sets up shop. There is a peaceful transition. It's always been that way ever since I can remember. Except on January 6, 2021, the day that Republcans want to say was a peaceful protest.

In the UK do old prime ministers apologize to the new prime ministers?

You might get equal opportunity. At any rate, my late husband went through the proper immigration procedure. First, he got his green card and then he decided to become a naturalized citizen. That was a memorable day. It was the 4th of July and there was a mass swearing in of people at the Orange Bowl stadium in Miami, Florida. I thought choosing the 4th of July, Anerica's Independence Day, was very appropriate. It was a very big deal! <3

It's unfortunate the American politics is so divisive. Hopefully people can come to accept that they have a lot in common, even if they voted for different political parties.

I'm not crying. Presidents are only presidents for 4 to 8 years.
I'm American and will still be American until I die. Why cry? That's something to be joyful about.

By the way, the Holocaust happened. Should people stop crying about it?

Should people never mention tragic historical events because they choose to bury it by saying they're "focused on the future".

Part of focusing on the future is NOT IGNORING THE PAST!

By the way, did you think the Jan 6 riot was FUNNY? Something to laugh about?
Trump relished it!

I like challenges. Back to you.

There's a really interesting article in the Skeptic magazine about Trump's 'mainstrreaming of conspiracy theories', which I think has a lot to do with his success this time around.

Crying? No. But the Jan 6 riots happened, and many of those involved were charged over their part in it.

It's wise not to forget the past, so we know what to watch out for in future.

Disagreeing with you isn't 'trolling' you. I disagreed with you, and asked you to explain your weird comments about 4 year olds supposedly kissing in a Disney film. I still don't know what you think Kamala was going to do regarding same sex marriage, which is already legal in the US.

OMG I'm here to say, YOU WERE RIGHT!!! If I could, I'd eat my hat. I'm still in utter and complete shock! Clearly, you know your people better than me, so there you go! In all fairness, I feel the Biden/Harris administration left it too late for Biden to step down to allow Harris to campaign properly, and whether we like it or not, A LOT OF Americans have admitted that while they dislike Trump, they abhor Biden/Harris for their staunch support of Israel. To them, that translated to a total disregard of Palestinian lives.

There was no good option if you care about Palestine, since Trump has said he's not going to allow Palestinian refugees in.

This is the only positive thing I saw with Trump Victory, A 6 year old who said they are trans should not have a surgery. The surgery cannot be reversed, A person should be at least 18 and must go through multiple psychologist before they should transition. Maybe save a sperms and eggs too so they wont have regrets.

Indeed there wasn't. But, following the news and YouTube videos, most people who would have ordinarily voted for Harris (Democrats) said they wanted to send a clear message to the Democrats by snubbing them... even if it meant voting for Trump. Some decided not to vote altogether. And if I'm being honest, I said to my husband, the Biden/Harris administration might lose based on their heroworshiping of Israel at the exclusion of Palestine.

Have a look:

It is not easy change business man idea but they have to adopt some changes when they become politicans. Country is not business where one man have all power. In country here are laws and other restrictions. So maybe all Trumps plans will not possible do. So called golden age maybe it will not be so golden but at least it should be better then now.

I suppose the tweet is positive.
But in the Bigger Picture … Trump should really not be interfering in people's healthcare.

When asked what he would replace the Affordable Healthcare with he said “I have concepts of a plan”.

Do you know how I interpret that statement?

Dear Sick and Afflicted:
Get your house in order and prepare to meet your Maker.

The DOJ is winding down on certain Trump cases because he's the president-elect.

As I am almost 70 and about the begin “my last days”, I'm winding down too. :)

My focus is on being a better world citizen. Let Trump do his thing. I'm gonna do my thing and see if I can find some profitable and productive work to engage in that might help the world become a better place. I read somewhere that a lot of senior citizens did their "best work" after they retired. Maybe I can join their company. <3

(P.S. Have you noticed how much Trump likes to use the word "ban"? He's got a god-complex and a very authoritarian way of thinking. For him, it's MY WAY or else! But ... to quote the immortal words of the comedian Dennis Miller: "Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.")

Sounds like she watched that movie or TV show. (I forget the title.)
The storyline was that the girlfriends of the guys who were in a gang would stop having sex with them, until they figured out how to make peace and stop killing each other.

That's total fiction! IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

Uuuhhh … Hello my sisters.
YO MAN IS A GANGSTER! He'll just rape you.
Do you think he cares about committing a crime?

P.S. Kamala lost. The End. MOVE ON MY FELLOW AMERICANS!! The world is still turning.

I don't know about her, but it reminds me of the 4B movement from Korea, which quite a few women are joining internationally. It's not just about not sleeping with men, it's about not centering men in your life. Aside from my longterm relationship I'm kind of already there, since men are not involved in my professional life at all.

Only real time when such threats were success were in Spain. Hookers stop giving services to bank managers since they increase loan interests. Few days laters banks give up from such decision.
