I like driving. I sing along to music which pumps up my mood. It also beats taking public transport in the area of the city (Auckland, NZ) where I live (we don't have a train station and the buses are always late). I think there's a perception that the area doesn't need one which is unfortunate. I'd probably catch the train if I could (just because it would save me ~$40 a week probably).

Same here. I haven't really been driving long but I don't look forward to having to drive and always feel so relieved when I get back home still alive

I know how you feel. I've been driving for almost a year, so I'm not extremely experienced either.

I do not know how to drive and I did not intend to learn. I fear accidents and I am poor with eye and hand coordination. I guess I am ok with enjoying the ride and the scenery.

Though I like driving, I would prefer to sit by the side of my husband and watch through the window what ever is happening outside, especially when we go on long drives.
