Hard work or Smart work?

I will tell you that i prefer always Hard work. If we all get used to it pulses, so we can not die hungry in life. So doing Hard work in your life to all of you, as more as possible.

Smart work will reward more than hard work, hard work without proper knowledge in it will be waste, smart work will always a gain. :)

I think a mix of both is always good. Sometimes you can work smart, but you will only get so far. You have to put in the time and energy, working hard, to go farther.

I'm for both. I can't imagine to have all what we need if everybody will do only smart work.I think that because hard workers exist, that's so many benefits and possibilities for smart workers to succeed .

As I said I am also the hard work option because that's how most of us works hard every day to have food on the table and comfort. ;)

Honestly I do a bit of both. Now that I am working for myself I do more hard work then anything because I am going from the ground up. At the call center I did a combo of both. I say smart work happened there because I knew short cuts to shorten call length. I prefer hard work myself though.

Smart work is the best way to work. if you work hard the smart way you can accomplish more.
Take shortcuts when you can, if you're allowed.

No doubt I prefer smart work. It is less stressful and more pleasurable. Additionally, usually pays better than hard work.
