I like BILTONG. The only way to describe it is that it's very similar to beef jerky. It's basically dried, cured meat. Various types of meat are used to produce it, ranging from beef and game meats to fillets of meat cut into strips. It comes in various flavours like plain, black pepper, garlic, spicy and my personal favourite is spicy.
