There is never a day when there are no eggs in our fridge. Apart from eating a boiled egg everyday, late evenings, which is supposed to be good to induce sleep they are used for so many other dishes.

I will soon be making bread pudding that will require eggs. I make egg curry, I also make scrambled eggs and not to forget poached eggs - sometimes in water and sometiimes in milk Come Christmas I will be baking my favouritge date and walnut cake Must remember to use more eggs as those that we get are are smal in size

I have not made pineapple souffle and that requires eggs too

How do you use eggs?

I always have eggs at home and I eat it almost every day. My parents have chickens but I still need to buy eggs as we use them a lot.

This might sound crazy, but whenever I fry eggs, I want the whites to be crispy, but I want the yolk to be runny.

We had chickens and we got three chicken from eggs that one hen laid. We treated these birds as pets and the one from those chickens Gamma lived for 12 years. Here is a video of my beloved Gamma

Nice video, is Gamma a rooster?

I eat one or two boiled eggs most mornings. I feel that they are nutritious and a good source of protein.
