Haha that's a really neat story. If the TV is on all the time, it just remains as a background vibe and one doesn't have to be glued to it. Peppie giving you company on the couch is a really neat bonus.
Regarding the NDTV anchors, that habit of dragging the last word can really be very annoying, it feels like someone is raising their voice for no reason. It's cool that you took the initiative and wrote a message to them and one of them stopped doing that. It shows how audience feedback can bring about real change.
