Believe it or not whatever faith you have, atheist or agnostic.

Every early morning before I get up from bed, I always open my messenger to read the passage from the scripture sent by my youngest son.

And today's scripture reads from Doctrine and Covenants 72:3:

"And verily in this thing ye have done wisely, for it is required of the Lord, at the hand of every steward, to render an account of his stewardship, both in time and in eternity."

The Lord requires accountability from His servant who works for His ministry.

Do you report to the Lord after day's end through prayer?

Though i pray but i find it hard to express myself with words most times. It is usually a lot easier to express myself in writing, so i developed a habit recently where i just randomly write how am feeling as a sort of letter to God.

That routine of yours is so sweet to hear every morning before you get out of bed you receive a scripture from your little boy. It is a great blessing. It gives you strength and peace to start the day fresh and your heart is filled with the word of God. That family connection and spiritual growth is something very important. It makes your bond grow tight and your life remains stable and with a clear direction.
